Spirituality & The Self: Inner Exploration

November 7, 2026. 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Pluto, 60 Sumach st, Toronto, Ontario

This gathering invites women to slow down and explore the spiritual dimensions of midlife and perimenopause—not as something that needs to be “fixed,” but as an invitation to listen more deeply to themselves. For our hearts and minds to be opened towards spirituality or to deepen spirituality

The workshop explores:

·      Who am I becoming?

·      What am I being invited to release?

·      What still matters to me?

·      Where do I find meaning when life is changing?

·      Where and how does spirituality fit in?

·      What does my inner wisdom have to say?

The Golden Wheel: Nervous System Regulation Through Modern Qigong

November 28, 2026. 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Pluto, 60 Sumach st, Toronto, Ontario

  • Qigong, breath, and community for women navigating hormonal transition and burnout.

  • A two-hour embodied workshop for women turning inward through midlife transition — together, not alone.

  • Modernized qigong and somatic practice for the nervous system, the hormones, and the community around both.

Turning the Golden Wheel is a two-hour embodied workshop for women navigating hormonal transition and burnout, combining Qigong, movement and breath rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, guided somatic inquiry, and nervous system regulation.  Together, we’ll build a sense of community, witnessing and support around a transition that is too often navigated alone. No movement background required; participation is self-paced throughout.

Stephanie Ngan | Qigong & Somatic Practitioner

Stephanie is a somatic practitioner and movement artist based in Toronto with 15 years of experience inspiring people to come home to their bodies. Training in the Chinese traditions of Wushu and Qigong under Sifu Nathan Chi Lam, she is certified by the International Health Qigong Federation.

Her practice draws on Nei Gong (内功), the “internal training” of Chinese tradition, which works with fascia, breath, intention, and the nervous system rather than muscular force. She is currently training in psychotherapy and brings somatic and parts-based (IFS) approaches into her work. In this workshop, she weaves these threads into a practice for women who are ready to feel alive in their bodies again, building structural ease and a felt connection to themselves.

IFS Therapy & Kintsugi Workshop:

The Beauty of Imperfection

October 24, 2026. 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Zei Pottery Studio, Toronto, Ontario

This 2.5-hour experiential workshop brings together guided reflection, IFS-informed concepts, meaningful conversation, and the creative practice of Kintsugi.

We’ll begin by exploring the idea of imperfection and the many parts of ourselves—the parts we embrace, the parts we protect, and sometimes the parts we try to hide. Through gentle reflection and facilitated discussion, you’ll be introduced to concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) that invite curiosity and compassion toward these different parts.

Meeting with parts of us experiencing inner turmoil, self-critic, shame, self-doubt, anxiety, grief, and more.
