Spirituality Workshop: Returning to Self
November 7th , 2026 | 1pm - 4 pm
Cost: $130 plus HST + fee
Insurance receipt available
What to ExpectThis three-hour experience is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and explore the relationship between spirituality, the body, and the many parts of ourselves.
This gathering invites women to slow down and explore the spiritual dimensions of midlife and perimenopause—not as something that needs to be “fixed,” but as an invitation to listen more deeply to themselves. For our hearts and minds to be opened towards spirituality or to deepen spirituality
The workshop explores:
· Who am I becoming?
· What am I being invited to release?
· What still matters to me?
· Where do I find meaning when life is changing?
· Where and how does spirituality fit in?
· What does my inner wisdom have to say?
Blending concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, guided reflection, and inquiry, the session creates space to explore the deeper questions that can sometimes get lost in the pace and demands of everyday life.
Throughout the afternoon, Justine will guide you through a combination of grounding and somatic practices, individual reflection, parts-based inquiry, and facilitated conversation. Rather than prescribing a particular spiritual path, the experience invites you to explore your own relationship with meaning, connection, intuition, and inner wisdom.
There will be opportunities for quiet reflection as well as connection with others, with an emphasis on curiosity rather than having to arrive at an answer.
No previous experience with IFS, somatic practices, meditation, or spiritual practice is required. Come as you are, with an openness to explore.
