What to ExpectJoin us for a dedicated Women’s Health Optimization Program focused on Menopause Transition and Nervous System Regulation, led by Delphia Wellness in collaboration with Unbounded Dimensions.
This clinical wellness retreat is designed to support nervous system regulation for female executives navigating burnout during perimenopause and menopause. The program integrates science-led education with embodied practices, including facilitated group work, breathwork, float therapy, a menopause-informed culinary class, and intentional community building.

• Pre-arrival activities and wellness treatments consult

• Four hours of psychoeducation over four days. All sessions conducted by Pam Sethi of Delphia Wellness.
• One guided group Forest Walk
• One individual bodywork session (registered massage therapy (RMT), Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, Reiki)
• One group sound Bath, meditation, or breath work
• One choice of a restorative therapy: BioSound therapy table session (biofeedback) or one indoor Floatation Therapy (sensory deprivation float tank) or Red Light therapy or Nature Therapy
• Seasonal outdoor activities along the trails and shores of Maple Lake (sauna, swimming, canoeing, campfires, kayaks, stand-up Paddle Boarding, hiking and more)

Pam Sethi, MPH, MDes, IFS- L3 RN Psychotherapist, is an award-winning healthcare leader bringing nearly 20 years of combined clinical, healthcare, and entrepreneurial experience as a clinician, and founder of Delphia Wellness & Advisory. Pam is trained in IFS, somatics, and trauma-informed methods, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. She specializes in burnout, women’s midlife transitions, and health optimization, including evidence-based workplace menopause programs for organizations. Her previous experiences include founding executive of multi-site therapy clinics across Canada and the U.S., and a co-founder of a regulated biotech manufacturing company — giving her rare insight across clinical care, life sciences, and scalable health systems. She is a recipient of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women award.
