The Protocols

The Protocols are a suite of clinically guided programs designed to support how the nervous system, mind, and body adapt under stress, hormonal change, and life transition. They include The Burnout Protocol™, The Menopause & Nervous System Reset Protocol™, and condition-specific pathways for Fertility, PCOS, and reproductive health—all built on the same science-led foundation.

At their core, the protocols focus on nervous system regulation and evidence-based psychological care. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, each pathway is designed to stabilize stress physiology, restore cognitive and emotional regulation, and build resilience across the whole system.

These methods are layered intentionally to create a resourcing stack—a growing set of tools, skills, and practices that strengthen how the nervous system responds to stress, change, and demand.

The Burnout Protocol™

The Burnout Protocol™ is a science-led program designed to reduce burnout risk, strengthen psychological safety at the individual level and within organizations. It helps employers meet duty-of-care obligations while advancing workforce resilience.

The program integrates and stacks evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), trauma-informed care, and somatic regulation to improve stress recovery, engagement, and performance.

Delivered over 6-8 weeks by licensed psychotherapists, the protocol is available for individuals, teams, and organizations.​

Menopause & Nervous System Reset Protocol™

The Menopause & Nervous System Reset Protocol™ is a six-week, clinically guided program designed for women in perimenopause and menopause who are experiencing burnout, anxiety, sleep disruption, emotional ups and downs, and cognitive strain.

The program combines neuroscience-informed psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based behavioural tools to support stability, clarity, and resilience during midlife transition. Care is delivered by licensed clinicians and structured around both education and experiential practice.

Across six weeks, participants engage in:

  • Week 1: Clinical self-assessment and symptom mapping 

  • Week 2: Nervous system regulation

  • Week 3: Mindfulness and Mind-Body Connection

  • Week 4: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for midlife 

  • Week 5: Boundary-setting at work, at home, and with self
