Burnout Recovery and Nervous System Regulation Services
Access to high-quality mental health and wellbeing care is designed to meet you where you are.
Support is available for nervous system dysregulation, trauma, and the everyday stress that accumulates across modern life.
Care pathways span a wide range of experiences—from menopause, postpartum, and reproductive transitions to chronic health conditions, immune system issues, loss, grief, and major life change—so your physical, emotional, and cognitive health can be supported as a whole.
Support is delivered through six distinct but integrated areas of clinical focus, each designed to meet people where they are—and move them forward:
Mental Health Assessment
Understanding what’s really going on is the first step toward meaningful change.
A clinically structured assessment designed to inform safe, effective, and personalized care planning. Evidence-based screening tools are used to evaluate symptoms, stress levels, functional impact, and relevant clinical history. This assessment serves as the foundation for all treatment pathways, guiding recommendations across therapy, nervous system regulation, and specialized programs. Both 30-minute and 60-minute assessment options are available, depending on clinical complexity and depth required.
Stress & Anxiety — The Burnout Protocol™
This program is designed to restore regulation, inner harmony, and improved cognitive clarity and capacity.
A science-led program designed to regulate and restore the nervous system in individuals experiencing chronic stress, burnout, and anxiety. The Burnout Protocol™ integrates evidence-based psychological and somatic methods within an equity-, diversity-, and inclusion–informed framework to support sustainable recovery, cognitive clarity, and performance.
Therapy — Specialty + Advanced Clinical Methods
Rather than pathologizing emotions, therapy focuses on understanding how stress, trauma, and burnout shape the nervous system—and how those patterns can be safely unburdened.
While traditional models such as CBT and MBSR can reduce symptoms, Delphia’s approach works at a deeper level—supporting nervous system regulation and emotional integration so lasting change becomes possible.
Our team of specialized clinicians, integrating evidence-based care with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches - at the highest levels of advanced certifications and training.
IFS and somatic therapy help you relate differently to the parts of yourself that hold fear, anger, or shutdown, recognizing them not as problems to fix, but as protective responses shaped by experience.
By working with both the mind and the body, therapy supports a return to clarity, connection, and a grounded sense of self. The goal is not to become someone new, but to restore access to who you are beneath chronic stress and survival patterns.
This is structured, active therapeutic work—guided by experienced clinicians through a carefully designed process—so healing, resilience, and joy can emerge in a sustainable way.
Personalized psychotherapy for trauma, workplace stress, and life transitions.
Care is delivered using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotionally Focused and Attachment-Based Therapy, and advanced levels of Somatic Therapies, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed care.
Integration, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
Clinically guided medicine integration that helps individuals make sense of medicine experiences and integrate insights into everyday life.
Evidence-informed psychedelic and medicine integration therapy supporting individuals engaging with medicines such as ketamine. Care is provided before, during, and after medicine experiences to support psychological safety, intention-setting, and meaningful integration into daily life.
This work emphasizes preparation, nervous system regulation, and post-experience integration—helping individuals process insights, emotional material, and somatic responses through structured psychotherapy. Services are delivered by clinicians with formal training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, grounded in trauma-informed and ethically guided clinical practice.
Reproductive + Fertility Counselling
Specialized counselling for individuals and couples navigating fertility, infertility, and third-party implications counselling, and hormonal transitions. This care is supported by education and digital tools addressing fertility, PCOS, and related reproductive health concerns.
Menopause & Nervous System Reset
Midlife symptoms are not “just hormones” — they reflect a nervous system in transition.
An integrated clinical pathway designed for women in perimenopause and menopause experiencing burnout, sleep disruption, anxiety, cognitive strain, and nervous system dysregulation. Care combines hormonal-stage-informed psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based lifestyle and behavioural strategies to restore emotional stability, cognitive function, and physiological resilience during midlife transition.
