Delphia Wellness is a clinical wellness advisory founded by Pam Sethi, a clinician, healthcare leader, and recipient of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women award. The organization focuses on burnout prevention, nervous system regulation, and women’s midlife health.

​Inspired by Delphi — the ancient center for insight, medicine, and human guidance — Delphia Wellness helps individuals and organizations access clarity, resilience, and performance through neuroscience-led, evidence-based care.

Delphia Wellness addresses two critical pillars of human sustainability: workplace burnout and women’s health.

Through evidence-based care and systems-level solutions, we support individuals, teams, and organizations in building lasting capacity and wellbeing.

Our science-based mental health protocols and services draw from psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic bodywork, and trauma-based approaches. With nearly two decades of collective experience in healthcare, mental health, and executive leadership, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-based solutions.

Meet Our Team

Pam Sethi (She/Her)

  • Pam Sethi, MPH, MDes, IFS- L3 RN Psychotherapist, is an award-winning healthcare leader bringing nearly 20 years of combined clinical, healthcare, and entrepreneurial experience as a clinician, and founder of Delphia Wellness & Advisory. Pam is trained in IFS, somatics, and trauma-informed methods, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. She specializes in burnout, women’s midlife transitions, and health optimization, including evidence-based workplace menopause programs for organizations. Her previous experiences include founding executive of multi-site therapy clinics across Canada and the U.S., and a co-founder of a regulated biotech manufacturing company — giving her rare insight across clinical care, life sciences, and scalable health systems. She is a recipient of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women award.

Monika Parsons, MA, RP

  • Monika Parsons has worked in the mental health sector since 2005, including group programs and crisis settings. With over a decade of clinical experience, Monika specializes in trauma-focused therapy. She is trained in CBT, DBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Counseling, and IFS Level 3, and holds a Trauma Certificate from Laurier. Monika aids clients in healing their inner-child parts and supports agency staff with burnout and self-care. Her leadership includes group supervision, mentorship, and agency training, emphasizing trauma-informed practices. She holds a Master of Arts and is a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO.

Victoria Garland, M.Ed

  • Victoria Garland brings a wealth of expertise in conducting engaging workshops and providing strategic guidance to organizations seeking a mentally healthy work environment. As the backbone of Delphia's operations, she has worked with innovation labs across India, Southeast Asia, and North America. Her innovative approach and understanding of organizational dynamics make her a valuable asset in driving positive change.

Dr. Meaghan Ferguson, PhD

  • Dr. Meaghan Ferguson is a clinical health psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from York University, specializing in health psychology. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, as well as health-related concerns like pain and chronic disease. Practicing in both private and hospital settings, including the University Health Network in Toronto, Meaghan uses therapeutic approaches such as schema therapy, ACT, CBT, and supportive counseling. Her empathic, collaborative approach tailors evidence-based therapies to individual needs.

Victoria Pulla, MSW

  • Victoria Pulla is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and somatic breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping women overcome anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Her warm, somatic-focused approach blends therapeutic techniques to help clients meet their inner parts, heal generational trauma, and build emotional resilience. She empowers clients to uncover their authentic selves, nurture self-compassion, and create lives rooted in confidence and balance.

Nav Nijjar, MA, RP

  • Nav Nijjar is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor, currently completing her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner designation. Her focus has been domestic violence, sexual assault, grief/loss, self-esteem and more. Certified in CPT and TF-CBT, she focuses on ethically applying her expertise to clients experiencing cPTSD and trauma. Nav holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services & Social Service Work from Tyndale University, North York, ON, and a Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Community and Clinical Mental Health Counselling at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, U.S, and approaches her practice with compassion and informed care.

Dr. Sheila Lakhoo, MD, MSc, ABLM

  • Dr. Lakhoo is a family physician specializing in evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine and Health Optimization. She trained at the University of Alberta and the University of Calgary, completed a Master’s in Health Sciences at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, and spent a decade in academic family practice at St. Michael’s Hospital. Board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and trained at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, she has designed and implemented evidence-based health optimization programs for community clinics and organizations. Her holistic, science-led approach aligns closely with Delphia Wellness’s mission to support individuals in building sustainable health and vitality.

Nana Obeng, MBA

  • Nana Obeng is a dynamic consultant passionate about helping founders and entrepreneurs realize their visions. Starting as an engineer, Nana transitioned to the business world, earning a degree and experience in corporate operations and entrepreneurship. This inspired the creation of Highpoint Consulting, where Nana leverages technical expertise, business acumen, and team-building skills to help clients scale their businesses. Nana approaches each partnership with dedication and a personal touch, treating every client’s business as their own.

Mira, Therapy Dog

  • Mira, a delightful mini poodle, is an essential member of the Delphia Wellness team. With her gentle and affectionate nature, Mira is more than a companion—she's a therapy dog in training at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

    Mira has diligently earned her credentials, completing training with Hounds that Fly and the K9 Academy. These certifications highlight her dedication to providing therapeutic support.Trained to offer warmth, happiness, and joy, Mira excels at bringing smiles to both humans and her fellow canines. Her presence reminds us of the healing power of companionship and the joy pets bring.
