The Burnout Protocol adopts a science-based approach incorporating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, resiliency and coping skills, along with somatic and bodywork therapies. Grounded in a trauma stress-informed approach, our work is guided by the Trauma Research Foundation.

By shifting the focus from reactionary responses to fostering a culture of thriving, we pave the way for lasting mental well-being.
