WHY THE BURNOUT PROTOCOL?
Burnout has become a widespread issue, impacting employees and organizations across industries. Studies show that nearly 1 in 5 workers report high levels of work-related stress, with healthcare professionals facing even higher rates due to demanding workloads and emotional strain.
The effects of burnout are significant. Employees experiencing burnout are more likely to take extended sick leave, file disability claims, and disengage from their work. This not only affects individual well-being but also disrupts organizational productivity and morale.
The COVID-19 pandemic further highlighted the severity of burnout, particularly in sectors like healthcare, where absenteeism and workforce shortages became critical challenges. Addressing burnout is no longer optional—it’s essential.
